			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For a long time now I have had trouble with sleeping, this is due to working shift work.  I often work nights on a shift of 10 hours, a common shift for me is 8 in the evening until 8 in the morning.  Returning home in the morning I would be so tired, I couldn’t think of anything else but getting some much needed sleep.</p>
<p>I had black out blinds in my bedroom which helped a little and did everything I could to aid a peaceful undisturbed sleep but knowing I needed to sleep and with things constantly playing on my mind it was hopeless.  I needed to sleep so I could face another 10 hour shift that evening but I simply couldn’t shut off.</p>
<p>I tried all sorts of different remedies to help me sleep, even over the counter sleeping tablets which I found to be no help at all.  Then a friend suggested I try an LC Pure Comfort sleeping mask which was made from soft cotton and velour with a gentle elastic strap.</p>
<p>I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the pure comfort lc sleeping mask worked for me, not only did it block out the light completely, it was extremely comfortable.  I had tried other masks before but this was by far the best one.  It fitted perfectly and lives up to its name.  I used to find that I could get hot wearing an eye mask but not with the pure comfort sleeping mask.</p>
